I had a lovely not two, not three, but four day weekend. It was so nice. We purposely made no plans except for dinner with friends on Friday night, so otherwise we slept in, shopped, ate, cleaned the house, and played with the dog. (Thankfully, she has stopped honking.)
Today we celebrated Labor Day by taking in some sales at Southlake Town Square (re-named Women's Town Square by Brad, who says there are no men's stores there. And that might be true, for even J. Crew has taken their men's section out and has only women's clothing.)
But Brad was excited to see that a Five Guys Hamburgers and Fries had opened up there. I had eaten there before in DC, and of course he wanted to try it out. It did not disappoint!
Someone's gonna wish they had smiled for this pic.
Have a great week!
I can't believe there's a Five Guys at Southlake! We have them here and LOVE them. I'm glad to see they're branching out from the east coast!
ReplyDeleteHi! Thanks so much for stopping by! There is nothing I love more than to hear from those that have tried our products! It really is a thrill for me.
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed your long weekend. I love long weekends at HOME - they're the greatest!
that's how my dad always looks when he has to go shopping with the girls!
ReplyDeleteDoes he wished he smiled yet? Sounds like a great weekend. We relaxed as well. I did some scrapbooking today, which was a lot of fun! Yay for 3 day weekends!
ReplyDeleteWe were so excited about 5 Guys. This one completely lived up to the everything I said about the one we ate at DC.
ReplyDeleteI have to say...shopping is my love language, and BWG is very kind to go with me!
